Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst to support configuration, rollout, and ongoing operations of Epic-based workflows. You will perform business analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and problem resolution to sustain optimal performance across Revenue Cycle processes.

The role requires Epic proficiency or certification within a year of hire and 3–5 years of healthcare Revenue Cycle experience.

Qualifications

• Epic proficiency or certification within one year of hire date.
• 3-5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic daily support to Revenue Cycle teams (Patient Access, Patient Accounts, HIM, Finance).
• Coordinate project implementations, system upgrades, break/fix issues, training and QA processes.
• Design/build/test/implement/support Epic software for Revenue Cycle workflows; contribute to tasks independently or with teams.
• Serve as liaison between IT, vendors and Revenue Cycle departments; communicate progress to stakeholders.
