SGMC Health is seeking an Epic Revenue and Access Team Manager to lead the Epic Revenue and Access Applications team within the Epic EHR system. You will oversee system development, upgrades, design, usability, integration points, and patient experience, while aligning with regulatory requirements and budget planning.

You will hire, mentor, and evaluate staff; drive PMO-guided initiatives, manage downtimes and new implementations, and ensure timely resolution of Sherlock issues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or Healthcare related field, or equivalent related experience.
• Epic Certification is required.
• 5 years of relevant IT and EHR build experience; without degree.
• 3 years of relevant IT and EHR build experience with an associate degree.
• 2 years of relevant IT and EHR build experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• One of CAHIMS, CPHIMS or PMP within six months of employment if not held.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and support operational needs.
• Excellent communication and ability to distill issues for clients.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Epic Revenue and Access team scope within the Epic EHR system.
• Develop budgets for Epic software implementation and third‑party integrations.
• Lead projects with PMO oversight including downtimes and new implementations.
• Escalate and manage critical issues to timely resolution; hire, discipline and develop staff.
