SGMC Health is seeking an Epic Revenue and Access Team Manager to lead the Epic EHR implementation and ongoing optimization. You will oversee design, upgrades, integrations, and regulatory compliance, while guiding the budget and PMO-driven projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or Healthcare related field, or equivalent related experience.
• Epic Certification.
• 5 years of relevant IT/EHR build experience (no degree).
• 3 years of relevant IT/EHR build experience with an associate degree.
• 2 years of relevant IT/EHR build experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Must obtain CAHIMS, CPHIMS or PMP within six months if not already.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and handle high-priority issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Epic Revenue and Access team in implementing scope within the Epic EHR system.
• Oversee system design, upgrades, integrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, quotes, and PMO oversight for deployments and upgrades.
• Escalate issues and develop plans to ensure timely resolution with operational teams.
• Handle interviewing, hiring, and staff development responsibilities.
