Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Application Analyst – Epic Resolute to support and optimize Epic Revenue Cycle solutions, including Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Claims, and Electronic Remittance. You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle, clinical, financial, and technical stakeholders to enhance workflows and ensure reliable system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience supporting Epic applications and Revenue Cycle workflows.
Experience supporting Epic Resolute applications, including PB, HB, Claims, and related modules.
Experience with workflow analysis, testing (integrated, regression, UAT), and post-go-live operations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, test, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute applications across PB/HB/Claims/Remittance.
Analyze workflows to identify operational improvements and prioritize enhancements.
Serve as liaison between Revenue Cycle operations, IT, and vendors to resolve issues.
Support testing, change management, and quarterly Epic upgrade activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system performance and efficiency.
