The ideal candidate has Epic Resolute PB certification or proficiency, plus experience in healthcare revenue cycle, with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills to drive effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute PB certification or proficiency required.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle / professional billing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of claims, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Resolute PB module.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support charge capture, coding, billing, and reimbursement workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
