Job summary

Southeast Health in Alabama seeks an Epic Resolute PB Analyst to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Resolute PB modules. You will work closely with hospital departments to understand needs and model future-state workflows, providing strong end-user support and cross-team coordination.

The role requires 2–4 years of Epic experience, Epic certification, and flexibility to work non-standard hours. On-site collaboration with clinical teams and leadership is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years of relative Epic experience.
• Epic certification/accreditation is required.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
• Knowledge of hospital operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for the Epic module’s end-users.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise in their application area and related teams.
• Guide workflow design, build and test system changes.
• Maintain system documentation for ongoing support and updates.
• Coordinate with Epic staff and clinical departments to meet project deliverables.
• Attend validation sessions and on-site clinics to set direction for workflows.
