Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing or Hospital Billing Sr Analyst for our Advanced Technology Centers. You will collaborate with Accenture teams, client, and vendors to document current workflows, design new processes, and translate requirements into test conditions.

This hybrid role requires in-person work 3 days/week in Nashville, with potential assignments in Atlanta, Columbus, or Dallas.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in Healthcare IT in Epic Resolute Professional Billing or Hospital Billing Analyst/Team role.
• Certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing or Hospital Billing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); 6 years if Associate Degree.
• Bonus points for consulting firm experience, full Epic implementation, and PB/PB Claims familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with analysis and design of new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and others to define metrics and performance goals.
• Transition requirements and use cases to ensure clear understanding.
• Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.
• Participate in quality reviews of design and performance of work products.
• Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing.
• Serve as intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads.
• Assist in data requests and source to target mapping.
