Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Prelude professional for a Healthcare IT role supporting Epic Patient Access. The position involves collaboration with Accenture teams, client staff, and software vendors to analyze workflows, define requirements, and support testing and implementation.

A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with 3+ years in Healthcare IT and Epic expertise. The role is hybrid, with offices in Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas, or Columbus, OH, and requires

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare IT in Epic Patient Access.
• Experience and certification in Epic Cadence Prelude.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with analysis and design of new workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications.
• Work with PMs, architects and BAs to define metrics and goals.
• Transition requirements and use cases to ensure understanding.
• Translate requirements to test conditions and results for testing.
• Participate in quality reviews of design and performance.
• Assist in system configuration, integration setup and testing.
• Serve as intermediary with client Epic team and Accenture leads.
• Help develop data requests and source-to-target mapping.
• Other duties including implementation, optimization, upgrades, and support.
