Job summary

Washington Regional in Fayetteville, AR seeks an Applications Analyst specializing in Epic Research and Epic Dorothy to support clinical research and home-based care. You will troubleshoot, design, build, test, and optimize Epic modules and related workflows.

You will collaborate with investigators, clinicians, home health leaders, revenue cycle, compliance, and vendor partners to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant patient-centered processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license is required or preferred.
• Epic Research and Dorothy certification are required; additional Epic certifications are a plus.
• Clinical or research experience with healthcare applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Research and Dorothy functionality across modules.
• Lead enhancements and workflow improvements for Epic Research and Dorothy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
• Perform complex analysis and optimize workflows for study intake, enrollment, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate interfaces with related clinical and enterprise applications and mentor teammates.
