Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Manager - IS Epic Reporting to lead a team of software engineers in Information Systems.

You will oversee report development for clinical and business stakeholders across acute and ambulatory settings, guiding projects from design to deployment and ensuring regulatory alignment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in clinical/business analytics with expert SQL and Epic reporting tool knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five or more years of progressive reporting experience focusing on clinical/business analytics.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Epic reporting tools (Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, Slicer Dicer, Radar, Reporting Workbench).
• Thorough understanding of databases, data warehouses and report validation methods.
• Prefers understanding of SFTP configuration and system implementation/support methods.
• Strong ability to consult with users to specify requirements and supervise project teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops report specifications with stakeholders.
• Oversees QA on application functionality and adherence to PM standards.
• Provides direction for Epic Reporting implementations from planning through deployment.
• Mentors analysts and ensures timely communication with user communities.
• Interviews candidates and conducts performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Keeps management informed of activities, needs and problems.
