Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Clinical Applications Support Analyst to gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical information technologies that support clinical practice. You will use data to inform clinical decisions and improve workflows within Epic Radiant and Cupid, with emphasis on radiology and cardiology workflows.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in a clinical field or at least three years of clinical experience in their specialty preferred.
• Previous experience in Information Technology is preferred.
• Information Technology (IT) certification should be obtained within six months of date of hire.
• IT certification must be completed within three attempts of certification testing.
• Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) application certification and truth should be obtained within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical information technologies to support clinical practice.
• Use data to support clinical decision-making and identify desired outcomes.
• Support Epic Radiant and Cupid applications; provide Tier Two/high level of customer service and problem solving.

Education

Associate degree in clinical field

Three years of clinical experience
