Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals is seeking a Systems Analyst II for Epic Clinical Applications (Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid) to lead build, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic clinical systems.

You will partner with Information Services, clinical and operational teams, and vendors to ensure Epic solutions enable high‑quality patient care and efficient workflows. Strong collaboration and problem solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

3 years Information Technology - Systems Analysis experience is required.
Epic certification in the assigned application area is preferred.
Associate degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field preferred.
Epic Certification or licensure/certification related to field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of assigned Epic clinical applications and system enhancements.
Partner with end users to evaluate workflows and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Serve as a Tier 2 support resource, investigate and resolve application issues with strong customer service.
Develop system documentation, support materials, and training resources for team members on updates and enhancements.
Collaborate with leaders, report developers, and vendors to support reporting, regulatory needs, and data‑driven decisions.
