Sanford Health's technology EMR team is seeking a Clinical Applications Support Analyst to gather, analyze, design, develop, and maintain clinical information technologies. You will support Epic Radiant and Cupid modules and work to improve workflows with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a clinical field (or equivalent clinical experience) and IT certifications. Strong customer service, verbal/written communication, and ITIL familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a clinical field or 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire and completed within three attempts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical information technologies.
• Support Epic Radiant and Cupid applications.
• Research and analyze workflows; recommend improvements.
• Provide high level customer service and strong communication within ITIL-aligned practices.
