Qualifications

• Active Epic Certification in one or more modules (e.g., EpicCare, Resolute, Cadence or other Epic modules).
• Strong knowledge of Epic implementation methodology.
• Experience managing large-scale healthcare IT or EHR implementation projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, security standards, and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinicians, analysts, IT, vendors, and Epic reps.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies.
• Drive workflow analysis and Epic implementation best practices.
