Our client, a reputable and well-established health system based in NJ is seeking an Epic Program Manager to join their team as a permanent employee. This role is great for someone who is looking to pivot from consulting and go full time with a health system who is growing. The IT Program Manager will lead the implementation of new clinical systems, beginning with Epic’s Cardiovascular Information System, Cupid. This system supports cardiology workflows across the continuum of care, including both invasive and non-invasive procedures, and is designed to integrate with imaging platforms such as PACS and ECG systems.
In this role, you’ll leverage your project management expertise and technical knowledge to oversee the deployment of hardware, software, workflows, testing strategies, third‑party integrations, and more. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive plan for implementation and go‑live, with timelines extending through mid‑2027 and beyond. This role focuses on Agile and Waterfall methodologies both, so we are looking for a PM who is well versed in both. Lastly, the project is in the pre‑planning phase currently with a kick off of January 2026, so we are looking for this individual to start as soon as possible. After this project is implemented, this PM will move onto another large program the health system will be kicking off, which could potentially focus on other applications like Beaker for example.
