Planet Group is seeking an IT - Specialist I in Product Implementation for a remote role in the healthcare space. The candidate should have 7+ years of implementation experience, strong Epic skills including Professional Billing, and Epic Certification with CEE.

Formación

• Epic Certification and current CEE are required.
• Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench Reports desired.
• Communication experience for strategic and tactical deployments.
• Domain experience in healthcare must have.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and optimize system designs through review and analysis of user needs. Customize systems through design and configuration to meet changing business needs; participate in planning for remote hardware and communications facilities.
• Coordinate and lead workflow design discussions, documentation of workflows, build & configuration, testing of the system, and analyze associated issues.
• Develop, document, and facilitate governance processes between business stakeholders and IT teams within the governance framework; cover end-to-end processes from requests to outcomes measurement.
• Coordinate with client departments, DPH IT, and vendors to ensure data movement framework meets milestones and timelines.
• Create and execute project plans, estimates, and resources; monitor progress and conduct regular project meetings.
