Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an EPIC Product Manager to lead Epic-based initiatives for a prominent client in North Chicago, IL. This contract role focuses on delivering Epic Cheers/CRM and MyChart capabilities with a strong emphasis on Agile delivery.

You will own the product vision, backlog, and roadmap, collaborate with Customer Care and Epic delivery teams, and translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Epic experience.
• Experience with Epic Cheers/CRM and/or MyChart.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Epic certification is expected; recently expired cert may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Care stakeholders and Epic delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Validate development deliverables against stakeholder requirements.
• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned Epic capabilities.
• Lead initiatives from intake and prioritization through implementation and delivery.
• Apply Agile and Epic expertise to support product delivery and execution.
