Job summary

The University of Miami Information Technology & Systems Department is hiring a full-time Epic Principal Trainer, Beaker - Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in Miami, FL. You will lead end-user training and oversee credentialed trainers to ensure safe and effective use of clinical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Epic Beaker - Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with lab workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and adult education skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to Credentialed Trainers on the team.
• Lead the training team in communication of training policies and coordinating required training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and training team members to optimize the training experience.
• Develop lesson plans, curriculum design, training manuals, and online learning modules for clinical systems.
• Participate in testing, simulations, and go-live activities; support issues and resolutions.
