Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. seeks an experienced Pharmacist informatics leader to oversee Epic Willow design, build, testing and support within acute care pharmacy operations.

You will provide clinical software leadership for medication management, order entry and decision support, guiding projects and standardizing workflows across the organization. The role requires a Doctorate in Pharmacy, 7 years of clinical applications or Epic experience, and a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy with PA licensure.
• 7 years of clinical applications or direct Epic build, implementation and support.
• 5 years hospital pharmacist experience in a large hospital/IDN.
• Completion of a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency.
• Exhibits highly developed self-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical software leadership on medium to large projects as required.
• Maintains understanding of project priorities and scope with leadership and management.
• Coaches and mentors Technology Pharmacists to standardize workflows.
• Keeps abreast of advances; researches and recommends tools to improve access and efficiency.
