Job summary

The role requires a Doctorate in Pharmacy or PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency, with experience in large hospital settings and EPIC Willow certification.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Pharmacy required or equivalent.
• Completion of a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency or 5+ years hospital pharmacist experience in a large hospital/IDN.
• Demonstrates highly developed self-management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical software leadership on projects within specialization area.
• Review project priorities with stakeholders and adjust scope as needed.
• Stay current with technology advances and propose new tools to improve access and efficiency.
• Coordinate testing and governance activities.
• Participate in committees to support data and system governance.
• Troubleshoot issues within area of specialization and implement fixes.
• Develop standards and procedures to improve function.
• Shape future information needs and align with project management practices.
