Job summary

Mediant Health Resources is seeking Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultants to optimize Epic PB applications. You will analyze billing workflows, design, build, test, and support implementations, coordinating with end users, operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

Strong communication and healthcare systems knowledge are essential to drive scalable solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration during configuration, testing, and go-live, with ongoing support and optimization

Qualifications

• Epic PB Certification is required (PB module expertise).
• Epic PB Claims Certification strongly preferred for advanced claims work.
• Strong liaison and communication with end users, leaders, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, workflows, and billing/claims processes to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Lead medium to high complexity implementations, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support with minimal oversight.
• Provide ongoing application support and optimization, partnering with Service Desk to resolve issues with strong healthcare systems knowledge and teamwork.

• Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification required; Epic PB Claims Certification strongly preferred
• Serve as liaison between end users, operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors to design, build, support, and optimize Epic PB applications
• Analyze business requirements, workflows, and billing/claims processes to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with operational needs
• Lead and support medium to high complexity implementations, including system configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live support with minimal oversight
• Provide ongoing application support and optimization, partnering with Service Desk to resolve issues while demonstrating strong healthcare systems knowledge, communication, and teamwork skill
