Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic PB/Revenue Cycle in PB Claims and Contracts.
• Collaborate with operational and IT teams to improve workflows and resolve issues.
• Document complex concepts, data structures, and workflows; provide clear communication across the organization.
• Coordinate application support with System Admins, DBA, Networking, Reporting and Help Desk.
