Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Epic HB/PB Analyst to support Epic Revenue Cycle applications, including Resolute Hospital Billing and Professional Billing. The role involves configuring, testing, and optimizing HB/PB workflows to improve billing accuracy and cash flow.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Epic configuration, build, testing, and production support experience, plus certifications in HB and/or PB.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute HB and/or PB.
• Active Epic certification in HB and/or PB is strongly preferred/required depending on engagement.
• Strong understanding of hospital and/or professional revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, maintain, and optimize Epic HB/PB applications.
• Translate business requirements into Epic configurations and system functionality.
• Support billing workflows, charge capture, claims, remittance, and work queues.
• Troubleshoot application, billing, claims, and workflow issues.
• Participate in system design, testing, and production support.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors as needed.
• Assist with go-live activities and post-production stabilization.
