SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party applications. Roles span levels I-IV with increasing responsibility; you will provide on-call support, collaborate with clients, and ensure lifecycle standards compliance.

Candidates should have Epic Professional Billing with PB Admin or PB Claims Certification, build experience, and willingness to complete Epic Sphinx test.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience implementing and testing vendor packaged software applications OR healthcare operational experience in area of application preferred or required depending on Analyst level.
• Epic Application Analysts require current Epic training status (certification, accreditation, and/or proficiency) in primary application.
• Ideal candidates possess strong experience leading system analysis with emphasis on methodologies, projects management and business process reengineering in information systems.
• Experience in a healthcare setting and active vendor training status are required.
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, perform under pressure, and manage competing priorities.

• System Build and Configuration: Independently research and configure systems to improve processes and patient safety.
• Heuristic Design and Adaptation: Promote effective use of healthcare systems and inform workflow and design.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Build partnerships with stakeholders and end users for effective support.
• Documentation and Testing: Create documentation, develop test scripts, and ensure builds meet standards.
• Project Management: Manage projects and follow lifecycle principles.
