Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1 year medical billing/office experience.
• Bookkeeping and cash balancing experience preferred.
• Prior use of Epic and Excel is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Post insurance and patient payments to Epic with balancing to bank deposits.
• Research and resolve unidentified or missing payments.
• Process electronic remittance postings and manual postings as needed.
• Balance postings to bank deposits using Epic and Excel.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for management.
• Handle payor inquiries to determine eligibility and payment information.
