Rebound is seeking a dedicated Payment Poster to join our Business Office at the Stonemill location in Vancouver, WA. This full-time, on-site role handles posting of insurance, patient, and third-party payments using Epic workflows, ensuring accurate allocations and timely reconciliations.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling ERA files, and validating adjustments to align with payer contracts and internal standards. Remote work is not available for this position.

Qualifikationen

• Post insurance payments, patient payments, and EFTs into Epic with high accuracy.
• Balance daily posting batches and reconcile totals to EOBs, lockbox, and deposits.
• Import and reconcile ERA files, resolve exceptions and failed auto-posts.
