Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Patient Experience Analyst to design, configure, test, and optimize Epic Patient Experience modules across MyChart Bedside, SMS, and campaign tools. The role focuses on tailoring features to improve patient engagement and communication, while collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams.

A hybrid work model is offered and familiarity with Epic MyChart is preferred. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare-related field, or equivalent

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient engagement strategies and best practices.
• Experience with Epic Patient Experience modules or similar EHR platforms is preferred.
• Certification in Epic MyChart is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure Epic Patient Experience modules to align with workflows.
• Customize MyChart, Hello World SMS, Cheers campaigns, and Welcome Patient Kiosk.
• Provide go-live support and ongoing maintenance for Epic Patient Experience modules.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics or related field

High School diploma with 5 years of related experience
