Job summary

ChristianaCare, a leading health system with hospitals in Wilmington, DE, is seeking an EpicCare Clinical Documentation Analyst to lead design, build, and configuration of the EpicCare Clinical Documentation module. This role requires workflow analysis, customization to meet clinical needs, and training end-users.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or IT, 2–3 years of Epic experience, and Epic certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic systems or similar EHR platforms.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with planning, configuring, and testing Epic modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the EpicCare Clinical Documentation module.
• Conduct detailed workflow analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Customize the module to meet clinical and operational requirements.
• Provide training and support to physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain documentation of configurations and training materials.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure project delivery.
