Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Senior Technical Architect Information Technology – Epic Patient Access to lead design, build, and optimization of Epic Patient Access solutions across our enterprise. You will translate clinical needs into scalable Epic configurations and collaborate with hospital teams to improve patient access and flow.

Responsibilities include setting build standards, mentoring IS staff, and driving initiatives that enhance scheduling efficiency and the patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Epic Module Certification obtained within six months of employment.
• Seven or more years of previous work related experience.
• Healthcare Industry Knowledge and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Epic Patient Access and Experience configurations across the enterprise.
• Design, build, test, and optimize interfaces between systems to support clinical and business needs.
• Lead user committees to identify requirements and recommend compliant solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and design guidance for IS staff.
• Oversee architecture, performance monitoring, and ongoing improvements across environments.
