Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare information technology, or related field; or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
• Epic Grand Central certification required.
• Epic Prelude Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for assigned clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools.
• Serve as a primary resource for at least one application module.
• Analyze and resolve recurring issues using established standards and best practices.
• Manage assigned tasks and priorities to support projects and meet timelines.
• Provide end-user training and education on current applications.
• Lead and participate in project planning, establish goals and milestones, and define procedures.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments and Xtensys staff to promote effective use of applications.
• Identify issues outside established solutions and elevate to stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to project leaders to keep projects on track.
