The role blends remote work with on-site support as needed in Hospitals, Clinics or Business centers, aligning with project timelines and Xtensys objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Business, Health Admin, Eng or related field; or Associate’s with 5+ years experience.
• Epic certification in Clin Doc/Stork, Orders/Bugsy, ASAP or Willow Inpatient preferred.
• Strong strategic leadership and change management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to manage complex healthcare implementations.
