Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Application implementation and support for Epic Patient Access (Cadence, Prelude, RTE).
• Workflow analysis to optimize patient registration, scheduling, eligibility, and front-end revenue cycle workflows.
• System maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and change-management for Epic modules.
• Documentation and training material creation, updates, and user support resources.
• Liaison with vendors, clients, and IT teams; project management support as needed.
• Mentor to junior analysts and participate in on-call rotations and travel for user support.
