Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Epic Outpatient Application Manager to lead implementation, optimization, testing, and go-live activities for Epic outpatient solutions. You will supervise analysts, allocate resources, mentor staff, and work with project leaders, clinicians, and IT teams to ensure integrated delivery across the enterprise.

You will oversee upgrades, issue management, and governance, while aligning with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in clinical IT, EHR implementation, or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred; Epic certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic outpatient applications through implementation, optimization, testing, go-live, and support.
• Supervise Epic analysts, assign work, manage performance and professional development.
• Coordinate with project leaders, vendors, and clinical/operational stakeholders.
• Ensure testing, cutover prep, and production support meet standards and practices.
• Drive continuous process improvement and governance for Epic solutions.
