Work you’lldo/Responsibilities

  • The Support Sr.Analyst will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling andworkflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models toachieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support. Additionally,the Sr. Analyst performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report detailsand other technical issues associated with Epic software. Prepares requirementspecifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating,and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements. Review andtest new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the supportcontact for the application. This position has responsibility within all phasesof the application implementation including design, build, test, installation,and maintenance of the application. Provide outstanding client service andcontributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technologyto improve patient care. On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support withinthe organization.
  • EnterpriseEpic Implementation; Primarily remote work with scheduled time onsite with theclient. Deloitte has been engaged as an Implementation Partner and will operatewith a hands on "Coach and Advise" model of support to the client ITTeam. We are looking for experienced team leads to support/coach/advise theProject IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle -Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation.
