Job summary

Nordic is seeking an Epic Optime/Anesthesia Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR solutions for complex client scenarios. You will support day-to-day operations with oversight from senior advisors and manage multiple client builds and issues within ITIL-aligned processes.

Required are a Bachelor's in a related field and Epic Optime/Anesthesia certification, plus 1–5+ years in EHR implementations or support. Some travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Epic Optime and/or Anesthesia Certification.
• 1–5+ years of direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for Epic Optime/Anesthesia.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client assignments while meeting SLAs.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems with updates on progress.
• Follow change control policies for migrating builds and configurations.
• Support projects and internal initiatives as needed.
