Job summary

CereCore is seeking an Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst to design, configure, build, and support Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules across the health system. You will partner with clinicians, IT, and finance to align workflows with regulatory and operational goals.

Travel is required; onsite kickoff and go-live support are expected. Industry certifications in Epic OpTime/Anesthesia are required, along with full lifecycle EHR experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent healthcare experience.
Active Epic OpTime and Anesthesia certification required.
Direct experience with full-lifecycle EHR/Epic implementations and upgrades.
Strong knowledge of OR and Anesthesia workflows; device integrations preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to bridge clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules.
Collaborate with clinicians, department managers, and revenue cycle stakeholders to validate workflows.
Perform testing, integration, and regression testing across Epic and third-party systems.
Provide go-live and post-go-live support, resolving critical workflow issues.
Coordinate with Epic and project teams to track milestones and ensure regulatory compliance.
Create build documentation, knowledge-transfer guides, and assist with end-user training.
