Qualifications

• EPIC OpTime Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of Epic OpTime configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Ability to learn client workflows, ask clarifying questions, and resolve incidents independently.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach with clear communication.
• Reliable internet connectivity and consistent availability during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic OpTime for surgical workflows and scheduling.
• Act as a liaison between clinical stakeholders and IT to design/build solutions and resolve issues.
• Manage incident intake, ownership, troubleshooting, and resolution with measurable productivity.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and go-live activities, including Wave 3 onsite support.
