Job summary

St. Charles Health System in Bend, Oregon, is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst II to plan and execute the life cycle for Epic EHR applications across hospitals and clinics.

The role leads system patches, upgrades, testing, and changes; collaborates with users to improve business value; develops roadmaps and ensures data integrity and security in the Epic environment. This position reports to IT management and supports Lean processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Epic certification training required
• Minimum four years paid experience, two as Epic Analyst, plus healthcare environment experience

Responsibilities

• Leads patches and upgrades
• Develops roadmap for future system improvements
• Collaborates with users to improve business value delivered by Epic EHR
• Performs testing and troubleshooting of Epic applications
• Ensures data integrity and security in Epic systems
• Participates in governance committees and cross-functional teams
