Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an Application Analyst to lead MyChart initiatives, branding updates, questionnaires, and scheduling configurations for current customers and new Community Connect partners. This role supports system upgrades, testing, validation, and on-call rotations, with remote work available in most US locations.

The ideal candidate has Epic MyChart/Cadence certification, Epic Community Connect experience (a plus), and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in MyChart and/or Cadence is required.
• Epic Community Connect experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required or demonstrated by experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical and operational workflows.
• Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by Epic and their relation to the technical environment.
• May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
• Supports implementations across clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational areas including testing, QA, and training.
• Assists with testing and validation activities and participates in on-call rotations as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
