Job summary

CereCore is seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst II to support clinical IT activities and Tier 2 incident resolution with Epic EHR systems. Qualifications

• Epic MyChart and EpicCare Link certifications required.
• Haiku/Canto support experience preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with Kuiper and/or Epic server build preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist CereCore Epic team with clinical IT activities.
• Provide Tier 2 incident support and issue resolution.
• Participate in module testing and implementation.
• Deliver hands-on training and develop build documentation.
• Support change management and end-user training.
