Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to contribute to the Community Connect program and support EHR initiatives across our pediatric clinics. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining and optimizing Epic MyChart to improve patient access and care coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in clinical or hospital applications, plus Epic Certification within 6 months. This is a hybrid position based in Washington with strong collaboration across primary care and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field with technical competence.
Minimum of five years in clinical, hospital and/or financial applications.
Experience leading committees, projects and activities.
Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment (including 2 retakes).

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain and optimize the Epic MyChart application.
Support Seattle Children’s Hospital and its primary care clinics.
Enhance patient access to records, appointment scheduling, secure messaging and MyChart bill pay.
Apply customer-facing acumen and problem‑solving to Community Connect initiatives.
