Job summary

Seattle Childrens Hospital is building an Epic Community Connect program to extend our world-class EHR to primary care clinics, enhancing pediatric care coordination and outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to help build something new and impactful for our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or combination of education/experience demonstrating technical competence.
• Minimum of five years with experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and systems.
• Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment (including 2 test retakes).

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic MyChart application to enhance patient access, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, MyChart bill pay, branding, and self-service features.
• Support Seattle Childrens Hospital and its primary care clinics through the Community Connect program.
