Job summary

Seattle Children’s Hospital is building an Epic Community Connect program to extend our EHR to primary care clinics across the region. We seek an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize MyChart for patient engagement and access.

The role supports the Community Connect program and Seattle Children’s Hospital and its clinics, with a hybrid schedule in Washington State. Epic Certification is required within 6 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, engineering or CS.
• Minimum 5 years with clinical, hospital, or financial applications.
• Epic certification required within 6 months of employment (including 2 retakes).

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimize the Epic MyChart application.
• Support Seattle Children’s Hospital and primary care clinics in the Community Connect program.
• Enhance patient access, scheduling, secure messaging, MyChart bill pay, and self-service features.
