Job summary
MultiCare Health System is seeking a Consulting Analyst to join IT services, providing implementation, optimization and support. You will assist with IT activities, offer second-level incident resolution, and participate in new installs and upgrades to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a relevant field, Epic certifications in at least two modules, and at least four years of professional experience in information services or healthcare.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field
- Epic Certification/Proficiency in at least two applications required or preferred
- Epic proficiency with certification levels in at least two applications within first 3 months
- Minimum four years of professional experience in information services or healthcare industries
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Responsibilities
- lead groups of various initiatives linked to the application and/or process improvements
- provide incident/issue support through data gathering
- troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes
- complete the most complex applications build/fixe
- apply advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules
