Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Department of Health seeks an Inpatient Applications Manager to lead the Epic inpatient applications team in a hybrid role across Ada, OK and Plano, TX.

You will oversee implementation, optimization, and support of Epic modules, aligning IT resources with clinical and operational needs while partnering with vendors and leadership to deliver reliable healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages the Inpatient Applications Analyst team in the application and upgrades.
• Manages multiple Epic environments and ensures they are maintained.
• Collaborates to advance technology operations of a state-wide network including EHR and analytics.
• Serves as relationship manager for information technology software vendors.
• Participates in procurement processes for IT vendors and managed services.
