Job summary

Epic is seeking a Project Manager to drive installations and successful go-lives of our healthcare software across the U.S. and abroad.

You will present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide ongoing support as facilities go live, with autonomy in decision-making and strong guidance from the team. Relocation to Madison, WI is provided, and travel of 25-60% of working days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.
• Lead software installations and ensure success of newcomers to the Epic community.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software.
