RiseMe is seeking an Epic Application Analyst (HB/PB) to design, build, test, implement, and optimize Epic Hospital Billing or Professional Billing modules. You will partner with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, Finance, Clinical Operations, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient workflows.

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic HB or PB modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system design and technical solutions.
- Perform application build, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and user-reported concerns.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to identify workflow improvements and automation.
- Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, testing scripts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Epic representatives, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support change management and end-user adoption efforts.
- Support billing, claims management, reimbursement, charge capture, and payment posting workflows.
