Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. is seeking an IS Specialist to manage Epic-focused tasks under the IS Director. You’ll leverage Ambulatory and Healthy Planet build experience to support care management and value-based programs, aligning with FPHC’s mission.

Responsibilities include evaluating Epic releases, designing test scripts, assisting end users, supporting Helpdesk tickets, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows while maintaining HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with healthcare information systems.
• Experience with Epic applications strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
• Project management certification and/or active clinical licensure are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Epic system knowledge and apply it to business solutions and process improvement.
• Evaluate new Epic releases and recommend features to implement.
• Create, review, and execute system-wide test scripts and end-to-end workflow testing.
• Participate in meetings with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requests for new systems.
• Troubleshoot issues or system deficiencies and escalate as needed.
• Provide Helpdesk support and resolve tickets assigned in Helpdesk software.
