Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Epic HIM Systems Analyst to build, configure, test, support, and optimize Epic applications supporting Health Information Management workflows. This role will troubleshoot issues, perform integrated testing, and partner with IT and operations teams on new builds and optimization efforts.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, Epic HIM certification, and 3+ years of Epic experience, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of build, training, and support experience with Epic.
• Epic HIM certification required.
• Experience with HIM Coding, Abstracting, Deficiency Tracking, and Hospital Coding.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience supporting third-party application integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, support, and optimize Epic HIM applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and conduct end-user testing.
• Participate in workflow discovery and requirement gathering.
• Maintain Reporting Workbench reports.
• Collaborate with operational and IT teams on new builds and optimizations.
