Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Epic Resolute Analyst to support the build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Epic applications within a hospital environment.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to understand workflow needs, perform end-user testing, maintain documentation, and support integrations with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience in the build, training, and support of Epic-Epic Resolute Certification (or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire)
• Strong Epic implementation and/or optimization experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree

This individual will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to understand workflow needs, resolve Level 1-3 application issues, perform integrated and end-user testing, maintain documentation, and support integrations with third-party applications.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years related experience in the build, training, and support of Epic-Epic Resolute Certification (or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire)
• Master's degree
• Strong Epic implementation and/or optimization experience
